Vision
If you are looking for information about the New York or London’s famous neighborhood SoHo, you’re on the wrong page. However I can help! I can provide professional translation for your documents.
My name is Adina Salant (maid name Popa) and I have been working as freelance translator – interpreter since 2005, for the language combinations English and French into Romanian.
For the last 2 decades, small businesses and individuals / freelancers have become increasingly visible in Romanian economy and at a global level too. It is known as the SOHO market, and I’m not talking about the famous neighborhood in Manhattan, New York, or London… although we have something in common: bohemian spirit and diversity. As freelance translator, with a home office, I am in this group. This market is huge and growing – that’s the good news. The bad news is that the market is geographically dispersed.
Today, for many of us the SOHO acronym stands for a new world… the world of small offices and home offices (Small Office Home Office). A SOHO is often thought of as being the smallest of small businesses – an office characterized as being a small in both the size of the office space and number of employees. Working from home is an option accepted by many of us due to the schedule’s flexibility and it seems to be globally accepted by many companies due to economies they can make (with office space and, sometimes, equipments costs).
Why you must choose a freelance translator?
• because you will work directly with the person who translates
• because you can directly select the best professionals
• because a freelance translator always has lower rates
• because a freelance translator doesn’t have a fix working schedule – he/she will be at your service at any hour
